The north side of the houses never receives direct sunlight; the blocks cast huge shadows and obscure the surrounding landscape. The planned new facade painting works with warm colors in the shaded areas of the housing estate; and easily displays the varied skyline of a colorful mountain town on the walls of the house; by providing a friendly atmosphere and a cheerful environment, it improves the quality of life of the approximately 8,000 residents.
